Exceptional Service and Fast Results: Highly Recommend Stelmakh and Associates

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stelmakh and Associates again, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Initially, we faced the challenge of navigating the complex visa application process for a crucial hire at our startup. Given our previous positive experience with Stelmakh... and Associates on a similar matter, choosing them again was a no-brainer. Once again, Katya and her exceptional team stepped up to the plate and handled our visa application with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. They guided us through every step, ensuring that all our documents were in order and addressing any concerns we had promptly. Their dedication to going above and beyond is truly commendable. Thanks to their expertise and diligent work, we achieved a successful visa application with remarkably fast results and at an affordable price. This success has had a significant impact on our business, allowing us to bring a super talented engineer on board, which is crucial for our growth and innovation. I highly recommend working with Katya and her team at Stelmakh and Associates. Their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is unmatched. O1 and EB2NIW

I received a job offer from a large, established financial technology company in the US but did not win the lottery for an H1B visa. I had two options: wait another year or apply for an O-1 visa, trying to leverage extraordinary skills and abilities. Wanting to begin working in the US quicker, I cho...se to pursue the O-1 route. After conducting quick research on several law firms offering support services for O-1 petition preparation, I found that most were not very enthusiastic and seemed hesitant about my ambition, citing that O-1 visas are typically for academic representatives. However, with a background in strategy consulting and business development, I knew my petition would need to focus on these fields to demonstrate extraordinary achievements and abilities. Eventually, I was recommended by another immigration lawyer from Europe to Katya Stelmakh, who was known for her deep expertise in O-1 and similar immigration cases. Katya and her team worked tirelessly, developing a comprehensive petition for an employer-sponsored O-1 visa in the field of strategy and business development. This petition was approved, allowing me to relocate with my family to the US and commence employment with the US company. Subsequently, Katya assisted in developing all necessary documents and applying for an EB2-NIW immigration visa, which was also approved based on meticulously gathered documentation. In the next phase, with Katya's guidance, I successfully changed jobs while in the US and established my own consulting company. Katya also facilitated the reapplication for an O-1 visa as a small business owner. Katya's assistance was invaluable, as she helped me navigate immigration questions in the US on three separate occasions and find a path to launching my own business. I am deeply grateful for her and her team's professional advice, commitment, rigor, and the quality of the developed documentation. Most importantly, I am grateful for the successful results in each endeavor. I wholeheartedly recommend Katya Stelmakh as an immigration attorney, especially for sophisticated cases.

O1 visa filing

I went with Stelmakh & Associates for my O1 visa filing. I have known Katya since the past two years and had heard amazing things about her. Upon our first interaction she was very optimistic about my case and I see her present the case in very robust manner when we discussed it. This made me believe... they would be the best form for my case. Working with them was better than I hoped for. They are on top of everything and are very timely and professional. O1 is a lot of documentation and I loved how the team was always there to keep you on time and support you to the best of their abilities. They paid attention to every small detail. I cannot recommend a better firm than them for your visa filing.

EB-1

Taking a shot at immigration to America initially seemed like a crazy and completely unattainable idea to me. The thought of immigrating to other countries didn't seem as daunting and appealing. I delved into the requirements for the talent green card (EB-1) in the States and realized that I actually... met many criteria. That's when I knew I needed a lawyer. So, I reached out to several top-rated lawyers on Avvo. They responded, and I was taken aback by the prices. Katya’s fees, considering her high rating, turned out to be the most reasonable, and we decided to work together. Katya analyzed my initial data and set a task to "fill in the gaps“ based on the criteria. It's not a quick process, but step by step, I started closing them. Besides meeting the criteria for the case, there were many other things I didn't even suspect. I had to establish an LLC in the United States, preregistering the EIN there, and create a business plan. The goal was to make it clear to the officers reviewing the case that I intended to continue working in America, not just relying on taxpayers. Katya also helped me with all this, providing instructions in addition to closing the criteria. After 10 months of work, we filed the case. The most nerve-wracking part for me began when we received a request for additional evidence (RFE). The officer nitpicked every detail. In a panic, I started detailing where, what, and how things were proved, even though I shouldn't have. But the anxiety had nowhere to go, turning into a detailed response to each of the officer's claims. I sent this document to Katya as the basis for drafting an official response to the RFE. I was pleasantly surprised when I received Katy’as version. While I emphasized cause-and-effect relationships and provided factual evidence in my defense, Katya’s version simply dismantled the officer's claims. As it turned out, 99% of these claims were completely illegitimate. The officer would write, "You provide these pieces of evidence, but they don't fit; give others." In my version, I would provide other evidence, and Katya would write that according to the law, these pieces of evidence are suitable, and the officer is incompetent and exceeding their authority—naturally, in very polite terms. We won the case! Thanks to Katya and her team for excellent work, achieving the desired result, and for patiently handling my avalanche of worries—this is also very valuable, especially when your fate is literally in the hands of your lawyer. PS: Payments can be split into parts. The path seems insurmountable only at the beginning. But after the first step, each subsequent one becomes more and more realistic. If someone had told me a year ago where I would be now, I wouldn't have believed it. Your inner saboteur is your enemy, and he’s lying. Just write to a lawyer and find out how things are—there's no harm in asking. I wish you good luck!

Highly qualified attorney

We contacted Katya Stelmakh to settle the issue regarding O1/EB1A visa to the US. Her recommendations were so clear and precise that we didn't hesitate about what choice to make after her briefing us. She has provided us with all the required information and led step by step to the desired "Approval...." The petition was approved by USCIS on the first try. Stelmakh&Associates team was of great help in this way as they drafted letters, checked and prepared needed documents and filled out all the forms. Besides, they were always open to scheduling a meeting at a convenient time for us regardless of different time zones.
