Amazing H-3 Attorney
From day one Jonathan and his team had been extremely helpful. Because I am taking up a training program in Miami for a position that was not previously available, it was quite difficult to get the layout of the program down to a tee. After going back and forth with my host company countless times, the perfect training program was created and approved incredibly swiftly. The restaurant industry is very difficult, demanding and for the most part the reward is very little. Because of Jonathan and the rest of the team that worked on my case, I now have the opportunity to live out my career goal, working for a world renown restaurant company where opportunity for success is immense. Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic Team and Service
Jonathan Grode and the team at Green & Spiegel are truly exceptional. They were incredibly thorough and supportive in guiding me through the O1-A visa petition process and ensured my application was as strong as possible to reach a successful conclusion. Lauren Berkowitz who managed the process is highly diligent and has a deep understanding of the subtle intricacies of US immigration law. Her skills and knowledge were essential in ensuring the substantial volumes of documentation required for my visa petition were of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a firm to engage with for any visa enquiries or concerns.

Amazing Attorney helped with Green Card
I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Grode and his exceptional team, who played a pivotal role in guiding me through the intricate process of securing an EB-1A Green Card. There was a wealth of advice and insights provided by Jonathan and his team. They took the time to thoroughly explain the nuances of the process, offering valuable information that proved instrumental. Outstanding Lawyer
Outstanding law firm! I’m in DC and even though this law firm is in Philly, after everything they did for me, the distance did not matter. I first discovered Mr. Grode during Covid-19 through the webinars organized by Mr. Piton- Union des Français d’Amérique. Our interactions at the time comforted me to change lawyer and hire Green and Spiegel for my case. Jonathan Grode and his team, Josh Rolf, Colleen Shields and Shanna Stanton are very efficient and competent! I finally got my green card after a long process and going through 3 different law firms. I am very pleased with Green and Spiegel services and I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for professional, efficient and dedicated lawyers. It was so refreshing and reassuring to finally find lawyers who responded to my questions and emails and gave me great advices. They prepared everything and I just had to follow their direction. If you are in need of an amazing law firm, don’t look anywhere else and hire them, you will not regret it! Thank you again for everything !

Terrific advice, delivered quickly and reliably
Over the last six months, Jonathan has provided me with invaluable insights around the E-3 visa process through personal consultation and his webinar content. He has been able to answer questions that others can't including where to go, things to watch out for and work-arounds for time or other circumstantial constraints. I highly recommend Jonathan's advice.

Outstanding
Without any exaggeration, I firmly believe that we would give Jonathan more than five stars if it were possible. Following our interview, my wife and I were experiencing a period of uncertainty to discover whether our green card application had been approved. After waiting for some time without any response, we turned to Jonathan for assistance. In just a single consultation, he offered us invaluable information that resulted in the approval of our green card in less than two days. Considering that we had been waiting for over a year since our application and weeks after the interview, Jonathan's skills and knowledge enabled us to navigate the system successfully and receive a prompt response. Looking back, if we had hired him from the start, we could have avoided substantial stress. We are incredibly grateful for Jonathan's help, and there are no words to express our appreciation.

Jonathan is a truly phenomenal immigration attorney. He went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. He is clearly very experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic. He has a deep understanding of both law and business, which are both critical to the success of work-based immigration petitions. Jonathan is also such a pleasure to work with. Immigration matters can be very stressful, and Jonathan does a great job to set your mind at ease. I knew I was in great hands and trust him 100%. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly!

I've used Jonathan and his team a number of times now for my new E3 visas and the experience has been exceptional. They literally move mountains to make things happen. Even if they are not the preferred law firm of my companies, I've always sought their advice and pushed to have them used given their experience in this space. Amazing Immigration Lawyer
My Journey with Jonathan and his Green and Spiegel team started eight years ago in 2015 with the application of my HB-1 work visa. Jonathan has personally followed my case all the way through this journey. When the time was right Jonathan advised and explained the next step's into becoming a USA Green Card holder. The application was completed and filed and granted with success due threre skill and continued close work with the USCIS. The final chapter in this journey was to file my N-400 Naturalization Citizenship forms in November 2022. Again I looked to Jonathan and his team, they gave me the correct guidance and they fully explained all that comes with being an American Citizen. Satuarday 21st January 2023, the final goal was achieved, I passed my Citizenship Interview and took the Oath of Allegiance and became a USA Citizen. The journey is complete. I cannot recommed Jonathan an his team highly enough. Jonathan and his team have guided, educated and supported me through this whole journey with respect and compassion for what they do as immigration lawyers. They are truly a phonemal team who are there all the time for you. I thank you all as a fellow American. God bless America.
