Jonathan A. Grode directs the immigration law practice for Green and Spiegel in the U.S. He assists startup companies, professional workers, artists, entertainers and researchers with all aspects of immigrant and non-immigrant employment visas. He also works with EB-5 visas and regional centers on various immigration issues. His experience also includes dealing with enforcement actions brought by the DOL and ICE. As an Adjunct Professor at Temple Law, Mr. Grode teaches Advising Multinational Corporations and Business Immigration Law. He also Co-Chairs the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section Immigration and Human Trafficking Administrative Committee. He has over 16 years of experience in the field of business immigration law.
