Amazing H-3 Attorney
From day one Jonathan and his team had been extremely helpful. Because I am taking up a training program in Miami for a position that was not previously available, it was quite difficult to get the layout of the program down to a tee. After going back and forth with my host company countless times, the perfect training program was created and approved incredibly swiftly. The restaurant industry is very difficult, demanding and for the most part the reward is very little. Because of Jonathan and the rest of the team that worked on my case, I now have the opportunity to live out my career goal, working for a world renown restaurant company where opportunity for success is immense. Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic Team and Service
Jonathan Grode and the team at Green & Spiegel are truly exceptional. They were incredibly thorough and supportive in guiding me through the O1-A visa petition process and ensured my application was as strong as possible to reach a successful conclusion. Lauren Berkowitz who managed the process is highly diligent and has a deep understanding of the subtle intricacies of US immigration law. Her skills and knowledge were essential in ensuring the substantial volumes of documentation required for my visa petition were of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a firm to engage with for any visa enquiries or concerns.

Amazing Immigration Lawyer
My Journey with Jonathan and his Green and Spiegel team started eight years ago in 2015 with the application of my HB-1 work visa. Jonathan has personally followed my case all the way through this journey. When the time was right Jonathan advised and explained the next step's into becoming a USA Green Card holder. The application was completed and filed and granted with success due threre skill and continued close work with the USCIS. The final chapter in this journey was to file my N-400 Naturalization Citizenship forms in November 2022. Again I looked to Jonathan and his team, they gave me the correct guidance and they fully explained all that comes with being an American Citizen. Satuarday 21st January 2023, the final goal was achieved, I passed my Citizenship Interview and took the Oath of Allegiance and became a USA Citizen. The journey is complete. I cannot recommed Jonathan an his team highly enough. Jonathan and his team have guided, educated and supported me through this whole journey with respect and compassion for what they do as immigration lawyers. They are truly a phonemal team who are there all the time for you. I thank you all as a fellow American. God bless America.

Amazing Lawyer
The amazing lawyers at Green and Spiegel are the most professional attorney I have come across in the USA. They have provided me with a first class guidance on our I-94 form. In addition to this, Jonathan has provided me with so much information about E3 Visa. I highly recommend Jonathan and Josh for their prompt response in fixing our issue with CBP. Thank you Team

AMAZING LAWYER!!!
WOW!!! My wife and I are so grateful for Jonathan and his team, specifically Michael and Josh, everyone went above and beyond for us. We were in quite a pickle and after our first meeting with Jonathan it was like a weight lifted off our shoulders, from there everything was seamless and extremely efficient. The team know all the ins and outs! We are forever grateful.

Awesome Guidance
Jonathan's guidance on how to navigate securing consular appointments, and renewing my E3 and EAD has been an absolute relief during the past two years of chaos. Jonathan and his team at Green & Spiegel, U.S. also corrected my visa status twice when Los Angeles Customs and Border Protection officers recorded the incorrect status on my I-94. Jonathan and his team have assisted countless Australians process their E3 visas and are a great support to Australians working in the United States. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team for their expertise in immigration law.

Amazing Team of Lawyers
We hired Green and Spiegel to assist us in obtaining our L-1A Visa. Our lawyer, Andrew, did an incredible job compiling the required documents and putting together our L-1A package. He was readily available to answer all of our questions and guided us through the whole process. His compassion and While the process was timely (Covid being the culprit), we could not have done it without his assistance. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with. We would strongly recommend Green and Spiegel to anyone looking to hire an attorney specializing in US immigration laws.

Amazing Lawyer
Jonathan and the whole team were incredible throughout my whole Green Card application process. Through no fault of Green & Spiegel the process took a long time (Covid delays etc.) and they were patient and kind the whole time, always happy to jump on a call to check in on questions which came up throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable and their advice was always clear and accurate. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Tenacious and Understanding
I worked with Jonathan on issues related to a work visa and then immigration (from Australia). He was incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of both processes. When there was a mistake made by USCIS Jonathan and his associate Josh Rolf helped us navigate very frustrating waters. They answered my repeated questions and made a scary situation seem a little less so.

Excellent Lawyer
Contact Jonathan about a visa issue. He helped me understand what exactly had happened and provided a number of ideas on how to resolve, so that we could start with the easiest then progress onwards. Luckily the first solution was successful and my problem was resolved. Extremely helpful in a time when I thought I'd managed to make quite a major misstep.

Rockstar Attorney
We engaged Jonathan in a particularly delicate visa matter. From day one, he was incredibly personable and compassionate, putting the individual involved at ease. Explanations of the process were simple and straight to the point. The level of commitment and genuine care (going well above and beyond expectations) was amazing - calming any nerves and providing a solid foundation of support. I have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan and his team - quite simply one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with.

The best
Jonathan is a wealth of current information on immigration law, especially as it affects the Australian community in the US. Over the past two years, he has both advised me and separately been hired by my sister to help with our varied dealings with the US immigration system. Personally, every time we've spoken I've received awesome insights that I've not been otherwise able to obtain, even through my work-provided lawyers. To the point, informative and genuine. Thank you!

Excellent Visa Guidance
Johnathan provided much needed guidance on my E3 visa renewal during the pandemic and beyond, always having useful updates and advice to share along the way. My visa went through additional processing and he was able to advise and guide me through the steps needed to have it returned in a prompt manner. Johnathan always made me feel in control of the situation, and that I had all the information I needed during a time that was stressful for all visa holders. He is now assisting me with questions on another renewal, and replies to all my queries so quickly with guidance needed.

Amazing Partnership
It is my pleasure to recommend Jonathan Grode and the Green & Spiegel team for the incredible work they've done on behalf of my company. For them, immigration isn’t just about processing visas successfully, it’s about creating a compliant, holistic immigration ecosystem- which is a client’s dream. Jonathan is a true partner to our large, complex multinational organization. As we navigate the increasingly challenging immigration regulatory environment, Jonathan and team have been with us every step of the way providing clear, concise guidance to ensure compliance and ensure that our foreign nationals are where they need to be, when we need them to be there. Jonathan has proven himself an expert on all aspects of our business from the cutting edge social media influencers to the C-suite executives, to our systems, policies and processes. He’s a leader in the field, and always up to speed on the latest developments and ensures that we know what we need to know to operate our business. Jonathan often charges flat rates for his services, which ensure predictability and efficiency. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that, in addition to being incredibly smart and business savvy, Jonathan is funny, warm, and truly a pleasure to work with. My internal clients love working with Jonathan and he serves as a wonderful ambassador for our company and embodies our corporate values. I’ve come across many outside counsel in my career, never did I work with anyone quite like him. Thank you!

Jonathan is a Legend!
Jonathan jumped on a call with me at 10pm at night to hear me out on my urgent E3 issues. He was able to fully understand the context of my situation, clearly walk me through my options and help me arrive at a decision. He was amazing. He ended up not just giving me peace of mind with my immigration issues, he went above and beyond and counseled me on how to handle life! Thanks Jonathan, you're exceptional. I'm so grateful for your time.
