Howard was hired to recently represent our firm in a contract dispute. He is a very good communicator, and explained the legal steps that would take place. Howard is very responsive by phone and email. He resolved our dispute with a simple letter. I would highly recommend him and his team to any person or organization looking for representation.

Excellent attorney
I have worked with Howard on 2 franchise disputes, both if which ended favorably. I am also working with him on a real estate contractual dispute as we speak. In all cases, Howard is extremely thorough, candid and transparent in his approach, anticipating potential challenges and clearly empathetic in his pursuit to represent me fairly. I made the mistake of retaining another attorney and realized very quickly how much value Howard brings to his clients. I quickly returned to working with Howard again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Franchise Attorney
After our due diligence, we chose to work with Howard. We appreciated his direct and sincere approach and not once did we feel like he wasn't working towards our best interest.
