Excellent lawyer, highly recommend

Worked with Howard on a business case where I invested in a company, and the CEO of that company embezzled my investment funds for personal use. Howard was extremely professional, and honestly, I think he did more work than he charged me for. I greatly appreciate all he's done for me.

Excellent attorney

I have worked with Howard on 2 franchise disputes, both if which ended favorably. I am also working with him on a real estate contractual dispute as we speak. In all cases, Howard is extremely thorough, candid and transparent in his approach, anticipating potential challenges and clearly empathetic i...n his pursuit to represent me fairly. I made the mistake of retaining another attorney and realized very quickly how much value Howard brings to his clients. I quickly returned to working with Howard again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Franchise Attorney

After our due diligence, we chose to work with Howard. We appreciated his direct and sincere approach and not once did we feel like he wasn't working towards our best interest. Howard is knowledgeable, efficient and consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills with precision and detail.... We've already referred others who have been satisfied with the results.

Excellent and professional

We hired Howard to review legal documents on short notice. He was very good about responding to the request and was able to help us get all of the answers we needed and more! I would strongly recommend him.

Franchise negotiation

Our Attorney, Mr Morrill was extremely helpful in guiding us thru a difficult franchise dispute. We appreciated the personal way that Howard worked with us thru some stressful moments, and his guidance was very balanced. Strategic letter from his desk and sound research helped us to avoid litigation ...and also to leave our franchise without any other obligations. Howard stayed with us every step of the way and we always felt reassured that he was looking out for our best interests. We would very highly recommend his professional services to both friends and family.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
