We worked with Nancy for my Mom's citizenship case. We reached out to her when my mom had received a letter from the USCIS that there was an issue with the date of application. She carefully listened to us and then answered all the questions that we had. I even remember that she didn't even charge us... for that. Then we worked with her and 6 months later my Mom became citizen. She is very caring and lovely person.

Nancy walked my family through every step for adjustment of status process. No ugly surprises (Only good ones :) ) My husband and I knew exactly what was expected of us. Nancy was always available for a chat. Any question was answered instantly. For our interview we had to drive to another state, and... Nancy was present on the phone for the whole duration of the interview. Interview itself was about 15min and we were notified that green card will be approved the same day. We were stressing and worried and Nancy calmed us down, explained exactly what to expect and reassured us that everything will be ok.
