Nancy walked my family through every step for adjustment of status process. No ugly surprises (Only good ones :) ) My husband and I knew exactly what was expected of us. Nancy was always available for a chat. Any question was answered instantly. For our interview we had to drive to another state, and... Nancy was present on the phone for the whole duration of the interview. Interview itself was about 15min and we were notified that green card will be approved the same day. We were stressing and worried and Nancy calmed us down, explained exactly what to expect and reassured us that everything will be ok. I did not fully believed it until it was over :) It truly was not as scary as I imagined ( Thank you Nancy for filling out the paperwork for us, that would of lost me!) We stressed a lot, but the end result was worth it! We will be reaching out back to Nancy for citizenship process just in a few short years.
