Nancy is a life savor. I needed some advice and knowledge on applying for my Naturalization / citizenship process and future plans on my parents potentially moving here and Nancy was so informative, she got back to me right away, was so easy to talk to and was so very helpful! Nancy walked my family through every step for adjustment of status process. No ugly surprises (Only good ones :) ) My husband and I knew exactly what was expected of us. Nancy was always available for a chat. Any question was answered instantly. For our interview we had to drive to another state, and... Nancy was present on the phone for the whole duration of the interview. Interview itself was about 15min and we were notified that green card will be approved the same day. We were stressing and worried and Nancy calmed us down, explained exactly what to expect and reassured us that everything will be ok. It all started in 2019 when we were going through the immigration citizenship process. I live in Alabama and my lawyer here failed to help me and my husband with the process, questions and charged us for all the conversations we had been having on the phone, my husband get mad and said he don’t... want her services no more so I consulted a friend of mine who lives in Seattle and advices us to consult Nancy who by then was her lawyer.
