I've worked with a number of different attorneys over the years for a variety needs and Ms. Kuderer rates up there with the best of them. I was being laid off from my job and my employer wanted me to sign a separation agreement in exchange for a severance package. She reviewed the contract and found ...some subtle issues that would have worked out well for my former employer and not so well for me. She came up with some suggested changes and recommended the best strategy for how to present them to my former employer so that they would be accepted without pushback.
