also known as Jeff Admon
Moshe “Jeff” Admon is a Seattle trial lawyer licensed in Washington, Arizona, and admitted to Texas (inactive). He represents clients in complex business litigation, cryptocurrency and securities disputes, defamation and First Amendment matters, intellectual property litigation, and select personal injury and property damage cases.
Jeff is known for handling high-stakes disputes with strategic discipline, strong courtroom advocacy, and practical judgment. He represents business owners, investors, professionals, and individuals in matters where the facts are complex, the legal issues are significant, and the stakes are substantial. Much of his practice comes from referrals by other attorneys, current clients, and former clients.
His practice focuses on sophisticated litigation. Jeff has substantial experience in partnership and shareholder disputes, investor and securities claims, business torts, internet defamation, intellectual property conflicts, and emerging cryptocurrency matters. He is one of relatively few attorneys in Washington with meaningful experience in cryptocurrency litigation. He filed an amicus brief in SEC v. Wahi, a closely watched digital asset case of national significance, and successfully represented the founder and manager of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) in a first-impression cryptocurrency dispute involving the theft of more than $1.3 million in digital assets. He recovered nearly all of the stolen funds for his client, a rare result in that area of law.
Jeff also has significant experience in defamation and First Amendment litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in reputational and free speech disputes. In intellectual property matters, his prior career as a mechanical engineer gives him an advantage in technically sophisticated cases involving trademarks, business-owned IP assets, and related commercial issues.
Representative Matters
Jeff has been featured in national and local media for his role in high-profile litigation, including Fox News, The Washington Times, The Intercept, Law360, Reason Magazine, KING 5 News, KIRO 7 News, and The Northshore News.
Before becoming a lawyer, Jeff worked as a mechanical engineer and business owner. He earned his LL.B. (Hon.) from the University of London, followed by a J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Arizona.

Great Experience with Quick Results
I own a spirits (liquor) manufacturing company. I hired Jeff to protect the unauthorized use of our Trademark by a manufacturer in West Virginia. Within a very brief time, Jeff was able to force the West Virginia manufacturer to stop using our Trademark and re-brand all infringing products. From my e...

Excellent legal mind, quick to respond and an ally at every turn
Intelligent, quick to respond, detailed and compassionate, It was extremely helpful to have Jeff (Moshe) in my corner. Best lawyer
Mr. Admon provided excellent advice to help me resolve and negotiate my landlord tenant issue. He is humble and “down to earth,” but knows the law with confidence. I will recommend to all my friends, and hire him.

Jeff(Moshe) Great Lawyer.
Jeff(Moshe) did a great to job for me and helped me and my family in a very stressful difficult situation. I will forever be grateful for how he helped and defended my families interest. "Part of being a good lawyer is not just taking a full and candid inventory of the strengths and weaknesses of the facts and law of your case, but, most importantly, honestly conveying that information (blemishes and all) to the client so she can be fully informed. Jeff does this, perhaps to a fault, and I admire him for it. We have had cases against and, then, because I respected his legal mind and ethical compass, together."
"I endorse this lawyer. I had a potential client outside my area of practice, but I was able to reach out to Jeff quickly and he was able to give this potential client some good guidance."
"I have had the pleasure of working on a matter with Mr. Admon regarding a highly contentious domestic violence case. Due to the pandemic, Mr. Admon was able to represent a client in Spokane County, where I base my practice. Mr. Admon demonstrated a high level of professionalism in the case. He was well prepared for Court; and had genuine interest in advocating for his client. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Admon."
"Jeff is an aggressive attorney. He fights for his clients like there is no tomorrow. He works around the clock, is always willing to help and is respected in the legal community. He does not give up and puts his clients interest above his. I endorse this lawyer very much."
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Jeff on several family law matters. He is smart and tenacious. If he does not know the answer, he'll do the research necessary to find the answer. I find him honest and trustworthy, and he pulls no punches (I appreciate directness). I highly recommend Jeff/Moshe."
"I am happy to endorse this lawyer. He works hard, approaches problems creatively, and obviously cares for his clients."
"Mr. Admon is an excellent practitioner that has a solid grasp of the law in addition to having a great personality. I would strongly recommend this lawyer."
"Moshe is an innovative and enthusiastic professional who is incredibly motivated and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience."
