"Generally speaking, it’s rare for an attorney to heap praise on opposing counsel. However, Joseph is one of the few lawyers I have encountered in litigation practice whom I can say I have the pleasure of knowing and arguing against in court. Joseph and I represented clients in a very contentious matter in Spokane. As a Seattle attorney, the Spokane local procedural rules were new to me. Joseph steered me towards the correct rules to ensure that we would have a substantively fair hearing on the merits. In my mind, that is the height of professionalism, fair play, and what justice demands. Joseph was exceptionally kind and friendly, and everyone I communicated with within his firm was incredibly courteous and respectful. Moreover, Joseph’s knowledge of the law and ability to present his case was excellent. I highly endorse Joseph and recommend him to anyone that needs a first-rate lawyer in Spokane."
"I have known Mr. Linehan for years and witnessed his tenacity and professional representation of clients on a number of different and complex issues. I endorse Mr. Linehan for representation of clients in complex family law and social security cases."
"I highly recommend Joseph to anyone in need of dependancy or family law assistance. He is dedicated to his clients and genuinely cares about the outcome of his cases. He is professional and compassionate."
