Jacob D. Rosenblum’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, collections, and all other aspects of creditor’s rights law. Jacob’s talent for helping clients incorporate the reality of their business experience into their case in order to make better decisions is a driving force in his law practice. This comprehensive approach helps clients gain control over their legal situation while achieving more complete resolutions from a practical, legal and business standpoint.
Prior to joining Schweet Linde & Coulson, PLLC, Jacob worked as an attorney for a Seattle-based intellectual property and business law firm where he gained valuable experience in complex litigation and business law matters.
He attended law school at Syracuse University College of Law in New York, during which time he worked as a student attorney for the school’s criminal defense clinic representing indigent defendants. He also served as an Associate Editor for the Italian American Bar Association Journal and volunteered for the Cold Case Justice Initiative. Jacob received his undergraduate degree from Seattle University (cum laude) majoring in English with Departmental Honors. While there he served as a consultant for the university’s writing center.
Currently Jacob volunteers part time for the Northwest Housing Justice Project representing tenants facing eviction.
