Jan Goldberg Zager

Jan Zager was initially warm and communicative, but very inconsistent in responding. She did not seem to have a strategy for pursuing our case. She stated repeatedly that there was no case law related to our situation. She provided little direction about how to respond to the school district's action...s. She was reluctant to provide specific language that we needed to use in responding to the school district. Jan Zager charged a flat fee for each segment of the work. We initially liked this because it provided more control over our expenses. But we never received information about when and how she worked on our case. By contrast, the attorney we hired after Jan Zager recommended a specific strategic approach, informed us at every juncture, had great knowledge of resource people and built a well-documented and supported, winning case.
