Thank you!

I used the Walthew Law Firm for a recent legal matter and could not recommend them more highly. They were successful in negotiating a settlement on my behalf, at a significantly higher amount than I expected. Moreover, my attorney, Jon Winemiller, and his paralegal, Melina Karadzic, were quick to res...pond to all of my questions and helped me to close the matter on my behalf efficiently and effectively. I felt like I had a strong team of advocates on my side throughout the process. I would not hesitate to retain Walthew and Jon Winemiller in the future.

Client Centered Legal Services

If anyone needs legal counsel, Jon Winemiller and Vanessa Gullufsen are the people to see. We live a fair distance from Seattle, and it was worth the long drive in sleet and snow to see them. My wife and I ran into very complicated and confusing legal problems when we got a huge bill about which we h...ad no idea. The legal issues involved two gigantic businesses that don't communicate with each other or their clients. Jon, Vanessa and the rest of the staff put our needs first. From the first contact, they let us know that they were bringing all their expertise to the table, keeping us in the loop. They explained what was going on in terms we could understand. They gave us our options, and we left the meeting with a clear sense of what we should do next in order to resolve things.

" Jon Winemiller is one of the best young workers compensation and personal injury lawyers in our state. He is also a young leader in our profession who donates much time to the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and other educational programs. The biggest compliment one lawyer can give another is to refer cases to them: I refer all of my workers compensations matters to Mr. Winemiller and his firm."

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
