I interviewed many lawyers before finding Dave. I was seeking an intelligent and experienced lawyer to help me with my divorce of a 28 year marriage. During the first free consultation with Dave he listened to the details of my situation and then we had an in depth dialog about the process, specifi...c ideas, strategies and possible outcomes. Rather than providing generic responses Dave was engaged and demonstrated a much higher level of understanding and expertise to my specific complex situation. After hiring Dave I continued to be very impressed with his thoughtful and skilled approach which helped me maintain a level of hope through this difficult process. Dave was very responsive and I always felt he was working in my best interest. Dave was extremely skilled at negotiating a final out of court settlement and I believe he was able to achieve the best possible outcome. I highly recommend David Kitchell.

David gets an A+

After it was determined I needed legal representation for my divorce, a friend recommended TSAI Law Company and sat with me while I had my phone consultation with Dave Kitchell. I didn’t think the divorce would be “easy”, but I had no idea how ugly it was going to get, nor how emotionally traumatizi...ng the process would be for me. Dave led me through all the bumps and issues we encountered with professionalism and compassion; and I might add, a ton of patience. I knew he had other clients, but by the care he gave, I felt I was the only one. Dave gave more than just legal advice, he gave me a listening and understanding ear anytime I panicked over new road blocks. I had complete trust and confidence in Dave and his knowledge of what the best course of action was to follow. He assured me he worked for me and would do what I asked of him, but he also knew when to step in and keep me from giving in to my ex’s abusive behavior. Dave was especially protective at my settlement conference when I was fearful of seeing my ex. He kept that from happening. Dave protected my bank account as well and used less expensive means for getting the job done. Dave is personable and compassionate. He gives the impression of pure competence, which is supported by results. Dave is a great asset to any team and I was truly blessed to have him as a part of mine. Another friend of mine, a criminal attorney, is always being asked for recommendations, so I gave him Dave’s card. I absolutely recommend Dave Kitchell and TSAI Law Company (but mostly Dave).
