I have a passion for representing victims of employment discrimination in pursuit of justice for each. I have been and continue to be a zealous advocate for my clients. With my team of four lawyers and a paralegal, my firm has been very successful in litigating and in settling big, medium and small dollar employment law cases. We are smart, practical, and approachable. I have been described by defense lawyers as the one that employer's lawyers hate to come up against - "charming but deadly." My 50-years of experience give me a clear vision of how best to pursue a client's case to a righteous conclusion. We are fierce advocates and wise counselors.

Judith is intelligent, powerful, and caring. I truly felt that she cared for me as a client. Watching her in the court room was an art form. I highly recommend!

Judith stood by my side through 14 years of seeking justice from the Federal government in my whistleblower/EEOC case. We had so many setbacks during that time, but Judith stood by my side and never gave up (we won in the end!). She is the ultimate professional, strategic, enduring, and the best in ...

Do not use this law firm ever. Used them for a case against a previous employer and they did not file when it was critical. The attorney was too busy on other high priority cases and put me on the back burner. They also over charged me by $2,000. I wrote a letter to Judith explaining the circumstance...
"Judith is a super-star employment lawyer. At DuBois Cary Law Group we refer family law clients with employment related matters to Judith. She is a tough litigator with a heart of gold. Judith supports many community organizations that help women and girls. I highly endorse Judith."
