About me

CORPORATE COUNSEL FOR EMERGING BUSINESSES. Many business leaders and executives desire a lawyer who understands how complex legal decisions will effect their bottom line. The Law Office of Seaton M. Daly III, PLLC, is a corporate transactions law firm that is dedicated to providing trusted and strategic legal advice to companies who want to do business within the State of Washington.

Prior to starting my own law firm, I worked in the business sector for eight (8) years which included four (4) startup companies.  My duties and responsibilities ranged from sales, marketing, business development, and operations, to helping executive management implement company policies and procedures.  Aside from running my law practice, I enjoy travelling (30 countries spanning 5 continents), working out, mountain climbing, camping, golfing, running, and alpine skiing.

I also run a "Blog" entitled The Emerging Business Advocate.  The purpose of the blog is to address current issues and events that confront emerging businesses in their growth and development.  Please cut and paste the following link into your browser, if you cannot click on it:
