I am the Managing Principal and co-founder of Beveridge & Diamond’s Seattle, Washington office. I also serve as the co-chair of the Firm’s Air and Climate Change Practice Group.
My practice is focused on environmental, energy, and natural resources law. I am an active member of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER), serving as an EPA Region 10 Reporter for the Air Quality Committee Newsletter. I also recently served as a Vice-Chair of the ABA's SEER Environmental Litigation and Toxic Torts Committee.
I assist clients with permitting, compliance, and regulatory matters under federal and state laws, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and National and State Environmental Policy Acts (NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA). I also represent clients in a wide variety of environmental litigation matters, including CERCLA and state Superfund actions and multiparty allocation proceedings.
Away from my law practice, I enjoy rooting for my Oregon Ducks and spending time with my wife Courtney and our two lively daughters.
