Excellent Real Estate Attorney

I work for a professional fiduciary company and for many years have worked in the real estate department. Greg has long been involved in the unique world of fiduciary re...al estate transactions, and has worked to develop addenda and processes that address circumstances that we encounter on most transactions. Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each transaction to help us to pinpoint specific weaknesses and potential pitfalls before problems occur. He has also helped us resolve complicated title issues on difficult properties, which is a normal occurrence in my industry. Not only is Greg a skilled attorney, but he is also very available and responsive to requests for assistance. Furthermore, he is excellent in his follow through to seeing issues resolved completely. "I endorse this lawyer. Attorneys who know the law well are rare and rarer still are counsel who hold their knowledge lightly with humility and humor. At a time of hyper-adversariality, the value of humility and humor cannot be overstated. I agreed to use Mr. Lawless as a special master on a case where the interpersonal conflict was so intense that the legal issues were very difficult to address. Greg managed quite quickly to gain the trust of both parties and to gently inform both of the applicable law. He very capably brokered a conclusion to a very contentious issue with such skill that the parties turned to him later to resolve another issue.
