Patient and Knowledgable Attorney

Lars helped up put together an LLC for our rental properties. He took the time to explain everything to us and even found ways to teach us how to do things ourselves to save money. He is ethical, knowledgeable and kind. Exactly the kind of attorney that I need.

Look no further!

I have worked with numerous attorneys in the course of my personal needs as well as the needs of my clients. Lars stands out head and shoulders above! He is extremely patient, attentive and asks great "probing" questions to get at the real need. Lars was much more thorough than previous attorneys ...on my behalf. I would and do refer Lars without hesitation to my clients, co workers, family and friends!

Trust is half your battle.

My title is important when reading this review. I have used a lawyer in the past and never felt as comfortable as I do when working with Lars Anderson. The need for a lawyer is a personal one and I would recommend Lars as your go to person. He is very patient, genuine and gives educated advice.

Lars treating us as people with a problem they needed help solving and not just as "clients"

We hired Lars to handle mysterious questions regarding the will and estate of a family member who passed away in Washington after many people in the area were aggressively blocking us from finding those answers. We were in Washington for the memorial service for a very short time, but Lars was very r...esponsive and was able to meet with us on very short notice and work around our very tight schedule. When we did meet with him in person, he listened to every detail of the case and focused on developing very practical and specific strategies for getting our questions answered. After we returned home he promptly followed up with both the appropriate authorities in the area and kept in close contact via email (our preferred method of contact). He got the job done quickly and we know he is available if we might need further action on the case. If we do, we will definitely stick with him. He genuinely cared about the case and getting results, while all the time treating us as people with a problem they needed help solving and not just as "clients." We would look forward to working with him again if the need arises.

Great Guidance--an Excellent Choice

Lars is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he is extremely outgoing and personable. I have sought advice for a variety of legal concerns, and he has always been both insightful and practical in his responses. After attempting to handle a landlord/tenant issue on our own, we realized we were... outmatched. We went straight to Lars and he helped us through the process, every step of the way. He was quick to answer our seemingly unending questions and did so with expert ability. He provided the guidance we needed, helped us draft all of our communications and made us feel at ease. He is responsible, intelligent and I would highly recommend him.
