Best DUI attorney

I work in the legal industry, so finding a great attorney became even harder and quite frankly embarrassing given the charges I was facing. Ryan came very highly recommended to me by one of the best DUI attorneys in the state because of his compassion for clients and his ability to handle each case ...on its merits. At the time of my charge, my family and my life was falling apart, and I needed someone to understand the details. Not only was he compassionate, understanding, and professional, Ryan was very truthful with me when it came to a possible outcome/resolution of the case. The prosecutor was a beast that Ryan was able to somehow tame. No sugarcoating...however, he made sure that I took EVERY step to fulfill and surpass any and all standards and recommendations. Those steps helped the case, but more importantly helped me personally. What I viewed as a tragedy when it occurred, became one of the best things that happened to me because I realized the underlying problems in my life. Every time I went to court and passed security, I was told by the court staff that I had the "best" attorney, and when he showed up, I could see he was well known, but more importantly, well respected. While I hope I do not need his services in the future, I refer my client and collegues to Ryan's firm...with amazing feedback...

Felony elude/dui charge

I would first like to say that not only is this man the best lawyer I have ever had but he is a tremendous human being as well. Ryan took my case when I was at the lowest and darkest point of my life emotionally, spiritually and financially. I have been a professional firefighter for 15 years and am ...also a recovering alcoholic with over 2 years of sobriety. I had literally lost everything due to my drinking and was also placed on an unpaid LOA from the department at the time when these charges occured. He showed a compassion for myself and my family unlike any attorney I had ever had before and agreed to take my case when all seemed lost for me and reassured me and my family every step of the way. The positive impact he had on me I still carry with me today and he was absolutely a shining star through the whole process both in the courtroom and out. I was at the darkest and lowest point of my entire life and he helped me to believe in myself and supported my recovery process and my sobriety 100 percent, I felt he truly cared not just as a lawyer professionally but personally as well which I have never experienced with my previous lawyers. The dark days are now behind me as I am now fully reinstated and have been back working with the department for over a year and a half now as the felony charge was inaccurate and he was able to discern fact from fiction in the courtroom and provide the truth about what happened that fateful day. I finially took full responsibility for my drinking problem and continue to take my life in sobriety one day at a time still and remain close to the program which has saved my life and restored my career and my family. If it wasnt for Ryans support and strength at that time I truly believe I would not be where I am at today. He not only saved me legally; but he also helped save my life. Ryan Robertson is more than just a good lawyer he is a compasionate; caring famliy man who cares about his clients. I am honored to have had the oppportunity to have this man represent me and would recommend Ryan to anyone who wishes to have the best legal representaion humanly possible; he truly is the best. I am honored to be able to provide this review for him.

First Offense

Ryan was recommended to me by a friend who was using him to represent him on his DUI case, they had more than one offense pending. I met Ryan and was very impressed with his professionalism. I hired him and was very pleased with the results. I received a deferred sentence, no jail time and no meeting...s of any kind. I finished my deferred sentence this summer and had my sentencing. The DUI was reduced and I am now free of this on my records. I would recommend Ryan to anyone in the same predictament I found myself in.

Third time's the charm.....

Deciding to hire Ryan Robertson as my attorney is one of the best decisions I have ever made. There are times in your life when you look back and wish you could do things differently. The circumstances that usually lead you to having to retain legal representation are not "good". However intimid...ating, scary and uncertain going through a DUI is and can be, it can be much easier with good people on your side. I would know as I have gone through the process several times, each time making the choice to have Ryan represent me. However, my situation was made much easier through the legal representation, advice and support from Ryan. Always on time and on point. Not once did he sugar coat anything, always clear and concise on his thinking and methods. Professional and methodical at all times, calm cool and collected when it matters most. Sometimes I wonder how things might have turned out if I had chosen another attorney, or worse, having to stand in front of a judge with a public defender or without any legal council. Fortunately, I didn't have to find out. I have never felt more confident and taken care of as when having Ryan in my corner. Of course each case is situation specific, I truly believe that MY situation and outcome was the best thing that could have happened all things considered. Not once did I doubt his reasoning or actions. Discussing, at length, potential routes to go, well in advance, not minutes before your name is called. The bad choices I made, which led me to need an attorney, were entirely my own fault. However, I am learning that you can learn from them and better your life. Making better choices leads to better results. The first step on that journey, is to hire a great attorney that will help you through it all. Through thick and thin I have had the support of family, friends, my employer and Ryan. Our relationship started out as a potential client needing an attorney to someone whom I now consider a friend. If you want to hear first hand from an actual client, who was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, service and guidance of their attorney,I would be more than willing to talk to you. Please contact the law office of Ryan Boyd Robertson, it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
