Straightforward and knowledgeable

Ryan was able to win my case that other attorneys could not. I felt he handled the case in the best way possible. I definitely recommend Mr. Robertson as a lawyer.

Better than expected.

After a bad experience with another attorney, I hired Ryan Robertson to handle my case. My case was fairly complicated, but Ryan was patient with listening to my concerns and he always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. In the end, Ryan won my case and got the res...ults that I had all but given up on. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan Robertson with confidence. Very helpful and always professional.

Genial Top-Flight Attorney Makes Miracles Happen

I had an old misdemeanor case that was preventing me from both job promotions and a secure future. This case was not something you can admit to on a job application. I was looking at all kinds of of potential trouble, in this world full of background checks and criminal databases, and no one cares th...at I am no longer anything like that guy from way back. I called Ryan Robertson from out of state, to talk about vacating a conviction, based on some Internet searching making clear he had the specific experience and record needed. He advised me on the process, and even suggested I try a "record deletion" request on my own before hiring his services. When that didn't work, he advised me exactly what my options were and realistically, what my chances were. He quoted a fair payment plan that allowed for substantially reduced fees if the preliminary research showed little chance for a successful outcome. I won the vacation of this one past criminal stain on my record, thanks to Ryan Robertson and his law office. They helped all along. They kept me informed of the progress. They were friendly and professional, making an uncomfortable subject much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Mr. Robertson to anyone needing legal counsel for a current or a past criminal defense. He truly was the best attorney I could possibly find, and I feel lucky I found him.

Vacating Conviction

I did some research on vacating convictions prior to contacting any attorneys. Although in many cases you can file a motion with the appropriate court on your own behalf, I would not recommend it. I was referred to Ryan by another attorney after it became evident that he was not an expert in this a...rea. Ryan was clearly knowledgeable with the laws and administrative requirements in this matter. He quickly gained my confidence and respect by effectively communicating the various options and possible ramifications of each choice. Although a successful outcome is never guaranteed, the judge granted the motion to vacate the conviction. I followed up and confirmed Ryan’s office provided the proper notifications to law enforcement reporting agencies. Even if the outcome was unfavorable I am confident it would not be due to a lack of effort on Ryan’s part and I would still recommend him without reservation. I am glad for the opportunity to let others know that he and his staff are competent, trustworthy, thorough and professional throughout the process.

Review of Ryan Robertson

Besides being a terrific lawyer Ryan, who was going through the stress of losing his father at the time, is a good guy. Briefly my issue was staying the revocation of my Driver's License due to "irreparable injury." He presented my case in court and at one point in his argument the judge saw that Ry...an was presenting an argument that she had probably never heard and she paused. Unfortunately she didn't have the guts to admit that his argument carried weight and it made a lot of sense. I was sitting anonymously in the back and I thought, "he's got her." But she folded her hand and upheld for the State but complimented him on his work. "I'm thinking, right you tell him what a great job he did and then deny his argument. That makes a lot of sense." I lost my license for a year but it wasn't because of Ryan. I don't plan on getting into this situation again but if I did I'd be calling him at 3 o'clock in the morning and there is no doubt he would be there to back me up.
