Biography
The core of Rob’s legal practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and business law. He represents a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to individual homeowners. His is a practical approach to law, which strives to balance the need for a successful legal outcome with a client’s financial goals (or constraints).
Rob is also active in the discussion (and debate) of legal topics within his chosen fields of practice. In fact, he recently accepted a position at Seattle University's School of Law where he teaches a course in real estate litigation. He is the editor of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Real Estate Litigation where he also authored its chapters of easements, adverse possession, and partition actions. In addition to the LexisNexis publication, he is a yearly contributor to the Washington Lawyer's Practice Manual and provides editorial contributions to the local Tacoma-Pierce County Bar News.
