Biography
Amy M. Mensik is a partner with Hawley Troxell in Spokane, Washington where she focuses her practice on employment law counseling, risk management, and litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University, and her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law where she served as Chief Managing Editor of Washington Law Review. Prior to moving to Spokane, Amy practiced in the Employment Services Group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle, Washington where she represented employers on a variety of counseling, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution matters. Amy is a regular contributor to and presenter on employment law continuing education topics and materials, as well as an active participant in committees and related organizations dedicated to tracking, evaluating, and recommending local, state, and federal legislation affecting the employment relationship in the Inland Northwest.
