John Rodney Crowley

Mr. Crowley saved my cousins life last week. Tyree and another guy got into it at a bar and Tyree shot him 3 or 4 times. The other guy was paralyzed form the chest down. Tyree was looking at a 450 month sentence if he was convicted. Mr. Crowley ripped the prosecutor hard just like we paid hi...m to do though. Tyree is black and the trial was in a small eastern Washington city with an all white jury of course. What was really cool is that Mr. Crowley knew how to talk to white people about race problems. The jury had no problem with what he was saying - or that he was getting on the prosecutor as hard as he was. I am so glad we hired Mr. Crowley though. He saved Tyree. Crowley is a top lawyer.

The charges were so serious - rape. But John really guided me through the process. This was a few months ago. He didn't really make a big deal out of anything. Really calm and cool under intense pressure at trial. Rape is serious and I was staring at a 25 year sentence. After he beat up on the acc...user, he turned to me and said I think I should go talk to the prosecutor about deal. Why a deal. John said he would offer a misdemeanor with no jail. I heard him propose that to the prosecutor and she then asked how long she had to think about it. He said 5-minutes. I got my no jail misdemeanor and saved 25-years of my life thanks to him. Expensive yes. Worth it. Really yes.

I was charged with Robbery in the 1st degree, and was looking 8 yrs +... John was cool calm and collective the whole time needless to say I wasn't... At one point after the prosecutor was going to add another charge... I called John, ready to plea out to Robbery 2nd for 22 months .. His was response ...was I'm glad you would except that .. But, I won't ! He said I know I can do better than that ... Told me to relax and he would be in touch... After a few months he told me they now have agreed to conspiracy to commit theft 1st 12months house arrest.... Before I hired John, My public defender was ready to have me plead to robbery 2nd for 33 months because I was on DOC at the time I was charged.. I called other attorney's they all wanted 20,000 - 25,000 to take my case.. The best thing I did was hire John Crowley... Otherwise, I would most definitely be in prison... He is sometimes hard to get a hold of.. But, with good reason he was always in trial. Or he has no new information yet.. If you are looking for an excellent attorney to make the impossible, possible look no further John, is the guy you want.... I hope I never need a attorney again..
