In starting my own business, I've had a lot of documents to review that I don't have the expertise. I initially hired Jeff to review an NDA. Jeff provided prompt feedback to my questions using the comment features in MS Word, which I found very helpful. He also did a 1:1 call to review the docume...nt. Importantly, he also provided guidance to help me when reviewing similar documents in the future as well as answering tangential business law questions. I've since hired him to help in some of the other legal business paperwork. His advice on contracts has been very useful to help discern when to decline a contract. It's difficult to say 'no' to a contract early in a business venture. However, I've found myself better off for sticking with his advice and declining work when the other party is not willing to address the concerns he raised.

Jeff prepared my will, power of attorney, and other related documents. I had some unique questions in my will related to business ownership and he was able to discuss trade-offs with me to come up with a good strategy. Had a personal deadline coming up, and needed the documents and revisions done in ...a short time frame, and Jeff was very accessible and made it happen. A pleasure to work with!

Jeff handled my estate planning process. We had a consultation wherein he walked me through the various types of documents involved with estate planning. We discussed my needs and wishes for a will and health directive. He sent me drafts and incorporated my changes and feedback. He answered my email ...questions (and follow-up questions) promptly. We finalized my documents in his office and he sent me electronic copies for my records. Jeff was professional, efficient, thorough, kind, and flexible with various changes. Highly recommend.

Jeff did a great job of getting my Power of Attorney, Health care directive and Will together. I put it off for way too long, but when I finally found Jeff on Avvo and made the call, he put me on the right track and got it all taken care of in short order. Jeffrey worked with me and my husband for estate planning (we're expecting our first baby and finally decided it was time to get our house in order!). From the get go, Jeffrey was responsive and accessible - I loved that we could coordinate some via email (easier for me since I work during the day), ...and he was accommodating of our schedules. While this isn't a fun subject, he stayed very professional and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision - he was especially patient with our numerous questions, since this was a new process for us.
