Fast forward to the 2020 Covid19 pandemic when we're all trying to figure out how to keep our businesses going through the shutdown. Three weeks ago I got a random email from Jeff l...isting out all of the resources we have access to and listing out exactly what needed to be done for each one. I can't begin to say how helpful this was and how kind it was in this difficult time that he thought to send this information to all his former clients. He has even continued to keep us updated as more things open up and rules change. I sought legal help updating my will, including a special needs trust. Jeff was able to give advice and support via email. He was very responsive working in the constraints of the pandemic. His wisdom and restraint allowed us to continue on the process in the event that a good buyer might come along, ...and also contain the broker such that when we disengaged, we were not charged any surprise fees.
