I used Jeff's services for my business last year and he was very responsive and helpful. Matter resolved and moving on. Fast forward to the 2020 Covid19 pandemic when we're all trying to figure out how to keep our businesses going through the shutdown. Three weeks ago I got a random email from Jeff l...isting out all of the resources we have access to and listing out exactly what needed to be done for each one. I can't begin to say how helpful this was and how kind it was in this difficult time that he thought to send this information to all his former clients. He has even continued to keep us updated as more things open up and rules change. Finding an attorney who is not only good at what he does but who actually cares about his clientele is pretty fantastic. I highly recommend Jeffrey Liang.

After reading several reviews and having at least two other consultation meetings with attorneys to help us with our estate planning needs (e.g. a revocable living trust, wills for me and my wife, health directives, etc.), we went with Jeff due to his immediate grasp of our situation and his sensible... approach (i.e. he provided us with our options, as well as a recommendation--we never felt he was trying to 'up-sell' us--which was a vibe we got from other attorneys). We have a complex situation (e.g. a couple LLCs, rental properties, kids from previous marriage, etc.) and Jeff was able to propose approaches that addressed our situation. Perhaps most importantly, Jeff was incredibly patient and helpful in answering our questions about the specific (if not arcane) legal terms, tax mitigation approaches, etc. that were part of the process. He was thorough and professional while being friendly and approachable. We never felt rushed through the process and felt we received very good value for the price he charged. With Jeff, we feel like we've found "our attorney" we can go to for future legal needs.
