Response to 2 star review

Daniel is a great person to settle your case. He is not a push over attorney at all he goes out of his way to get you a very fair settlement. He just does it without all the temper tantrums a lot of attorneys use. Maybe this case did not warrant as much as this 2-star review thought it might be worth.... You can't possibly go wrong with Daniel Johnson he even was instrumental at getting my discrimination case back to the hearing track after the State of Washington Supreme Court had ruled against my case. Very few would even have the talent to make this happen. Ignore the 2-star review as this was definitely not warranted.

ABOVE ALL EXPECTATIONS!!

Daniel is the Best Attorney I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. He was never impatient or rude and you would think you were talking to your Best Friend when you spoke with him. Daniel represented me in a landmark case of Discrimination that started in Superior Court and ended up after Wash...ington State Supreme Court hearing being settled to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough to describe this Attorney! Daniel is a Rare Find

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I litigate against Dan frequently in class action litigation. Dan is extremely bright, an exceptional writer and oral advocate, and willing to go the distance for his clients. In fact, I know of at least one recent case that he took to trial twice (five years apart), and he obtained a major award for his client. Let me put it this way: if I needed a Plaintiff's lawyer, I'd call Dan."

His experience in all sorts of litigation, but especially employment matters, gives him valuable perspective and a strategic edge. I have found his advice to be sound, carefully considered, and perceptive. I strongly recommend him for any type of civil matter."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
