Shannon has been an amazing guide through a very complicated process that we could not have managed without her expertise. Our case started due to a major misunderstanding between a relative and US customs. This snowballed in to multiple discussions and issues that Shannon helped us unravel and... sort through. Only issues we ever encountered were usually not with Shannon, but her assistant who would reply to email chains forgetting to CC which was never major, but it could be an issue if you didn’t catch it right away.
