Shannon has been an amazing guide through a very complicated process that we could not have managed without her expertise. Our case started due to a major misunderstanding between a relative and US customs. This snowballed in to multiple discussions and issues that Shannon helped us unravel and... sort through. She is tenacious in her resolve, always remains professional and gets the job done.
