Police officers, women, children and others often have ulterior motives to lie and fabricate. The jury needs to understand this and understand why this happens. We are extremely skilled in getting juries to understand the how and why false allegations happen all the time. Police officers are specifically trained in how to manipulate the accused in to making false confessions and portraying innocent facts into sounding incriminating.

There are literally tens of thousands of innocent people in prison and most of the time they are there because their lawyer failed to thoroughly investigate was unprepared and unpersuasive and not skilled in the art of cross-examination.

Our lawyers have astounding success in the courtroom. To the point of jurors hugging and crying with the accused in the hallway of the courthouse after the "Not Guilty!" verdict. To the point of jurors sending a note to the judge asking of they can render a verdict against a police officer who fabricated testimony and slammed the accused's head against the car causing injury. Juvenile Criminal Lawyer

My son was charged with a crime he did not commit. Mr. Healy aggressively proved that he did not commit the crime to a non-responsive prosecutor. He and his staff kept us informed at all times. If you call him he promptly returns your call or one of his staff calls to check on you. His associate ...lawyers are very knowledgeable and were also great to work with. His secretary is the best. If you need something, she is prompt to get it for you and just a great person. In a time when you need someone's help, this firm is the place to go and they will take care of you like family.

Highly reccomended

Mr. Healy is unbiased, sharp as a tack, and obviously well respected in his field. He takes his profession very seriously, and will help you to understand every step of the process. He understands that the odds are not in your favor, and balances the judicial system fairly with his knowladge and stro...ng demenor. I would highly reccomend him to anyone that needs legal representation.

Excellent Attorney!!

I am a client of Mr. Healy. I have been charged with a very serious crime I did not commit! This is the most stressful time I have ever had in my entire life. I do sleep better at night knowing I have Tim Healy in my corner though. He keeps me informed and has even called me at 7:30 pm he said "I kno...w its late but I wanted to make sure I returned your phone call" Now to me that is dedication! He is very thorough, not jumping the gun, doing his homework and leaving no stone unturned. Although can't at this time elaborate on my case, I feel confident in Mr. Healy to do his absolute best in my defense and would recommend him to anyone that needs a great defense attorney. When your liberties are at stake,you can't put a price on the rest of your life. I didnt just close my eyes and point to any name in the phone book and choose that attorney, I researched several and checked their background and for my hard earned dollar Tim Healy was my best investment.

Great Lawyer !!!

Tim was a very knowledgeable lawyer, came to court with the facts, never glossed over the details, and was very confident and sure of himself and presenting himself to the court and to the jury. I had 4 DV counts against me, all were alleged. Tim made a strong case on my behalf and I walked away ...a free man because I was not guitly! I thank Tim and God for being on my side and getting to the truth.

In my opinion Mr. Healy is trustworthy and knowledgable lawyer.

I came to Timothy Healy with four serious criminal felony charges against me. After consultation with him he agreed to represent me for the cases. He was upfront with the possible prison time and helped me fully understand the charges that were filed against me. During the course of the open cases,I ...was charged with an additional four felonies and three misdemeanors. Mr. Healy had the felony charges and misdemeanor charges consolidated into two case numbers saving me time that i would have to spend in court. He kept me updated in a timely manner and told me that he was confident if the cases went to trial that he could win them. I was facing possibly 10-15 years prison time yet Mr. Healy kept me calm after hearing his knowledge of the laws and the particulars of my cases. I think he had a strong defense for my cases if they had actually went to trial, after negotiations with the prosecuting attorney i took the plea bargain of two misdemeanor charges,all other felony charges dismissed,and no jail time. I think this deal came about from Mr. Healy's track record and his in depth investigations into the cases, so that being said,in my opinion i think Timothy Healy is a good lawyer because he kept me informed and was professional throughout the course of my endeavors with the Pierce County superior and municipal court cases. He helped me get these serious charges dismissed and know i can get on with my life.
