I very highly recommend Tim Fitzgerald and while I hope I don't need an attorney again any time soon he will be the first person I call if another issue arises. He very clearly understood the situation and my particular needs, always responded quickly, and in many cases it seemed like he was reading... my mind. His ability to always think one step ahead of the opponent made our conversations successful and to the point. To top it off he has a great personality, which isn't required in his line of work, but it certainly eased some of the stress of the situation. He even took the time to speak with me on the phone after business hours when I was very upset about the ordeal I was going through. Definitely not required, but it meant the world to really feel like someone was on my side during a very stressful situation. I cannot say enough great things about this guy. When my company, the company Tim helped me fight so hard to get back, hits it's first million dollar mark, Tim and his family will definitely be getting an invitation to our celebratory BBQ! Seriously, hire this guy.

Nobody wants to have to hire an Attorney, but unfortunately some conflicts can only be solved civilly through legal action. Mr Fitzgerald is a fighter and a winner. There were many good reasons why Tim and his team should not have taken my case, but he did. He took a very grim situation and made... it positive for me while taking the time to explain everything i didn't understand, even when i was distressed and panicked. If your problem is complex or even dire, there is nobody I would trust more to try to help resolve it. I hope i never need his help again but if i do, i'm talking to Mr Fitzgerald first.
