Horrible experience with this lawyer.
This Shelly character never worked on my case, never talked to me about my case, and was generally not involved at all in my case. I worked with another lawyer that was excellent. When my lawyer left Shelly's firm very shortly after I retained her Shelly started sending me bills for $50k+. Later, she...
"Shelly is an excellent bankrutpcy lawyer who delivers great value to the clients she serves and the lawyers with whom she works. I have had the pleasure of working with her before and would love to do it again."
"Shelly and I represented opposite views on a foreclosure panel. She was thoughtful, prepared and knowledgeable. She is clearly an expert in her field."
"About 40% of my practice involves bankruptcy matters, on behalf of creditors. When I need to make a referral for debtors counsel, or want assistance at the most sophisticated level, my immediate reaction is to call Shelly. I have seen how effectively she communicates complicated bankruptcy concepts to clients, and how thorough and broad an analysis she brings to the problem. The stakes in bankruptcy are too important not to have an ally who really knows what they are doing. Shelly is a top tier professional."
"Shelly is savvy, creative, thoughtful and dedicated to her clients. She is very well respected by the local courts and lawyers. I highly recommend her. Her firm has a number of attorneys and if she cannot assist you, she can connect you with someone else in her firm."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Our law firm was handling a complex commercial and securities litigation matter, and we brought in Shelly to handle advise on bankruptcy matters. Instantly, Shelly became san integral part of the lawyer-client team and together we brought the matter to a succesful conclusion for the client. There are lots of bankruptcy lawyers around town. If, however, you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer who knows the law and can also be part of a strategic team looking to resolve a complex problem, then Shelly is the right choice."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Shelly is smart, creative, practical and efficient. She also has a fantastic sense of humor. She helped my client to achieve the desired result. I will work with her again and recommend her unequivocally."
