In 1996 I contacted Attorney Pete Holmes to represent me in a very stress causing case. The roof on the house that I rented to own was leaking all over, causing my Son and I to have to live with buckets all around the house to catch the water. The landlord, a Real estate company in Lynwood, WA did no...t want to repair the roof, spreading blue tarps across roof areas, by pounding nails into 2 by 4's to hold them down, causing the tarps to trap the rain water even more and finally having the roof collapse under the weight in the dining room area.
