He also previously co-chaired the Boston Bar Association's Internet and Computer Law Committee, and served on the steering committee for its Intellectual Property Section.
Mr. Agin authored the ABA's "Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property Deskbook" and "Bankruptcy & Secured Lending in Cyberspace," published by Thomson, and maintains the chapter on intellectual property for the Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice treatise.
