Mr Levy is very knowledgeable and an excellent trial attorney. We had trees cut down by a neighbor that trespassed and then denied it, even blaming my own construction company for the cutting. Mr Levy was very knowlegeable regarding the laws of timber tresspass and worked diligently on the case all... the way to trial. At jury trial Mr Levy's talents shined. He skillfully navigated through the deceit and lies and was able to get the defendants to admit they cut the trees. He was also able to discredit their expert witness's deceitful testimony. Mr levy worked very hard in preparing for trial including many late nights and weekends. He did not rack up fees unnecessarily and was extremely professional at all times. I would highly recommend Mr Levy.

We had a remodel done by an inexperienced contractor. When it became apparent the contractor was actually damaging the house we contacted Levy. Facts: 1) he couldn't find the address of the contractor's bonding company, even thought it took me a few minutes on the Internet with the State of Washingto...n. 2) He advised us to put in a claim with our home insurance company for essentially the value of our house. This caused an immediate hostile reaction from the insurance company. We replaced Levy with attorneys that were competent, and it took us years of litigation to finally settle the damage Levy's advice caused. We wound up with a settlement that didn't even cover legal expenses, much less damage to the house, much less our emotional nightmare. When we objected to his charges at the end because of his advice and inability to discover the contractor's financial resources, he offered a $200 (If I remember correctly) discount if we signed an agreement not to pursue any remedies with him, as well as agree to keep quiet. We refused and paid the whole bill.
