Sanford R. Levy

Levy was a lawyer that came in to help in a large class action suit that we were involved in. While I did not personally have much interaction with him he was a tremendous help in bringing our lawsuit to a satisfactory conclusion. Mr Levy is very knowledgeable and an excellent trial attorney. We had trees cut down by a neighbor that trespassed and then denied it, even blaming my own construction company for the cutting. Mr Levy was very knowlegeable regarding the laws of timber tresspass and worked diligently on the case all... the way to trial. At jury trial Mr Levy's talents shined. He skillfully navigated through the deceit and lies and was able to get the defendants to admit they cut the trees. He was also able to discredit their expert witness's deceitful testimony. Mr levy worked very hard in preparing for trial including many late nights and weekends. He did not rack up fees unnecessarily and was extremely professional at all times.
