A proven attorney and a good samaritan

Randy Steichen helped me resurrect a construction defect case that Peter J Viteznik lost at summary judgment. I had never met Randy at the time, but when he heard of the loss of my case at summary judgment and of the ineffective counsel I had received from Viteznik, he volunteered the efforts of hi...s firm (Davis, Wright, Tremaine, at the time) to turn the case around. Randy even drove his personal car from Seattle to Vancouver to appear in court on my behalf. With the excellent assistance of Alan Scott Middleton (DWT, at the time), an appeal was filed and the lower court decision was overturned. Randy Steichen and Alan Middleton are men of quality and character.
