Biography
Fred Diamondstone has served individuals and families in personal injury and civil rights cases for 30 years. Our office emphasizes developing personal relationships, effective advocacy, and obtaining justice. We handle injury cases including automobile accidents, railroad accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and governmental misconduct. Fred has received WSBA's President's Award, WSTLA's Public Justice Award and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
In the fall of 2015, Fred obtained a 7.2 million dollar verdict for a small business in a criminal profiteering case. The suit was brought against the President of another company who used her access and influence to imrpoper advantage. The case was tried along with Matthew Metz, co-couunsel, who had asked Fred to bring his trial skills to best serve our client's interests.
