Even a broken clock is right twice per day
Helmy ghosted me after I hired him. He didn't do the work I paid for. He didn't care. I'm not the only one. Helmy is suspended in Oregon now. What do you call it when someone takes your money then doesn't deliver the goods? I'd call it fraud. Watch out, my fellow Washingtonians.

simple 3000 dollar letter could not even do that
Do not use this Attorney run away he took my money and JUST VANISHED filing a complaint with the bar and attorney general of the State of Washington and better business bureau and getting a attorney to sue him.

Did not do his job
We hired Eric over a 2 year period in which his Lack of communication and effort, and listening skill prevailed. He was paid all fees up front and still failed to do his job leaving our family in default by just lack of effort and/ or care. I would not recommend him as we have lost everything literal...
