I had the same experience as the eight other one star reviews. He took and money and ran. Terrible communication. Incompetent answering basic legal questions. If you hired him and are just discovering this review now, keep copious records and document every interaction with him. If he screws you..., report him to the bar association.

We hired Eric over a 2 year period in which his Lack of communication and effort, and listening skill prevailed. He was paid all fees up front and still failed to do his job leaving our family in default by just lack of effort and/ or care. I would not recommend him as we have lost everything literal...ly due to his negligence.

I requested a consultation regarding a situation I'm experiencing with my business. I am not well versed in business law, and I was just trying to understand the legalities around my situation, and perhaps if I needed representation. Right off the bat, Eric was rude, not informative, and kept putting... pressure on me to move forward with hiring him without me understanding if I needed representation or not. I kept telling him I'm not exactly sure if I'm at a place where I need representation, and that is why I was inquiring in the first place. He kept responding with an attitude, saying "What do you want?" This guy is your run of the mill, high pressure lawyer that doesn't care about you, but only cares about making as much money off you as he can, while spending as little time as possible actually helping you. I've worked with many attorneys, this guy was by far the worst I've ever had to interact with. Do yourself a favor, find a lawyer that is at least a decent human being.
