Not worth it, especially if you are a dad
I am writing this only from a standpoint of helping people assess this attorney, rather than coming from point of any anger. The trial proceedings were recorded (due to zoom). I will state the facts and let the reader assess this attorney by themselves. The Paralegal is very detail oriented howeve...

Very unhappy
Sunitha failed to answer my questions AT ALL, many times. Sometimes she didn't return my calls, at others she took a very long time. My case dragged from a few months to over a year, because she repeatedly asked to postpone (against my will). I suspect she was concerned about going to trial. Final...
If this review is from a legitimate client of mine, I invite you to contact me privately to discuss any outstanding issues. While I cannot publicly speak to the particulars of a specific case I am sorry if the outcome wasn’t what you hoped. I have been practicing law for over 20 years and have seen firsthand how the pace of the legal system can be frustratingly slow and unpredictable. I always inform clients that positive outcomes are never guaranteed and then we work together to determine the best course of action. Often this involves working things out with the other party and avoiding a trial, which can save thousands of dollars in legal fees. But regardless of the chosen course, I fight hard for my clients. The two matters I took to trial in 2014 both resulted in positive outcomes.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable
We has been working with Sunitha for over a year now in a very complicated third-party custody case. Sunitha maintains her professional demeanor while approaching her cases with compassion, care, and going the extra mile when needed. I truly believe that her heart is in every case - it definitely has...

WILLS FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY
I live in California and Ms. Anjilvel helped both me and members of my family with our wills. I found her to be not only professional and knowledgeable but highly intelligent and extremely patient no matter how many questions she was asked. If we have any other legal issues in the future I will not ...

amazing attorney
I first met Sunitha about 3 years ago when I was in need of a family attorney for an extremely difficult separation. Before meeting Sunitha I had met and spoken to numerous attorneys about my case and not one of them made me feel comfortable or gave me the feeling that I could trust them to help me ...
"Anjilvel Law is my go-to referral for family law in King County! Whether it is trial work and motion practice, mediation, or an amicable separation that needs legal underpinnings to make it work - Sunitha Anjilvel is your professional. She is not only an incredibly wise person, but an experienced litigator, who knows the King County bench and bar well. She is brilliant and has passed bar exams in Canada, California, and Washington - but she also has real compassion and empathy for her clients, which is also reflected in her public leadership as the President of the Washington State Bar Association."
"Sunitha is an incredible lawyer, and a wonderful person. She didn't hesitate to dive in and assist me with some cases while I was on maternity leave; I could not have wished for a better co-counsel for my/our clients. Sunitha is knowledgeable, passionate, and hard-working. She's a gift to her clients and her colleagues."
"I endorse Sunitha. I have worked with her as opposing counsel and thought she was strong and professional advocate."
"I have acted as a mediator in several cases now where Sunitha has represented one of the two sides in conflict. She comes prepared to every mediation, and she has always had her clients prepared to deal with what can only be said to be a difficult process. What makes her a great lawyer is the fact that although she comes prepared to litigate each case, she comes ready to make a deal too, if there is one to be had. The ability to act on a dual track like that in family law is a huge asset and one that invariably serves her clients well. Thus, I endorse this lawyer without reservation."
"Ms. Anjilvel is an excellent lawyer who goes the extra two miles for her clients. I would not hesitate to send a client her way and endorse her wholeheartedly."
"Sunitha is an extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy attorney. Her compassion combined with her ability to understand her clients' needs makes her an excellent family law attorney."
