John Randall Rongerude

John was referred to me as an absolute expert in traffic infraction defense and I could not be more pleased with his diligent representation. I have engaged him more than once over the years to great effect, and he just won me a dismissal in a potentially highly consequential case. I am grateful for... his dedicated professionalism.

I've had this case of dv which all together should be thrown out because there was no reason cops should have been called for an argument between my x husband and I no violence toward one another. But either way k have talked to him maybe once and this is my first offense and first time dealing with ...courts but he hasn't even heard my side yet and we are almost 6 months in and asks for a continuous instead of just getting it dropped im so done with this case and lawyer..... The very he needs to contact me and get my side so he knows how to defend me properly. And if his case load is to full at least find someone to take over my case. Not just keep dragging me along.

I hired John Rongerude to assist me with a DUI charge. I blew under the legal limit and was hoping that I could find an Attorney that would work with this fact and get my charges reduced, if not eliminated. John and I met on one occasions, briefly, where he spoke quickly and focused mostly on getti...ng me to write a check. He hardly seemed interested in understanding the case or sympathizing with my understanding of the law. There were multiple times where I contacted John and received no response for up to a few weeks, or the response was in question of who I was, as if he never thought I was worth saving into his phone. When we were in court, John proposed that I get my fines from the court cut in half, to which the judge replied they should be cut into a quarter. The judge seemed to be more on my side than my Attorney, John Rongerude, was. After this there were multiple other issues that arose, such as John not answering simple inquiries I had, and waiting till the last minute before court to contact me. Overall I feel that I would have been much better off without his assistance, he is just a business type of guy, and I have no doubt that he is happy to wash his hands of me, and to continue playing his game with other unsuspecting clients. I just hope some of those clients get to read this review and can save themselves the trouble. And if you read this John, I hope you are a much more upstanding and proud person than you are a Lawyer.

John did a great job on all my cases. One involved two speeding tickets with in minutes of each other, and with his help, the fines were mitigated to something I could afford. I used him a year later for another case, and again my results were seller with a dismissal. I would use him again any day....
