I've had this case of dv which all together should be thrown out because there was no reason cops should have been called for an argument between my x husband and I no violence toward one another. But either way k have talked to him maybe once and this is my first offense and first time dealing with ...courts but he hasn't even heard my side yet and we are almost 6 months in and asks for a continuous instead of just getting it dropped im so done with this case and lawyer..... The very he needs to contact me and get my side so he knows how to defend me properly. And if his case load is to full at least find someone to take over my case. Not just keep dragging me along.
