I've had this case of dv which all together should be thrown out because there was no reason cops should have been called for an argument between my x husband and I no violence toward one another. But either way k have talked to him maybe once and this is my first offense and first time dealing with ...courts but he hasn't even heard my side yet and we are almost 6 months in and asks for a continuous instead of just getting it dropped im so done with this case and lawyer.....
