Excellent communication and landlord knowledge

We hired Ms. Wood to draft a rental property lease and could not be more grateful for her professionalism, communication and knowledge of Washington state landlord and tenant laws. As first time landlords we were definitely in need of advice and coaching as we began renting a home. Ms. Wood took the ...time to explain in detail each clause of the lease and how to proceed in verifying tenant backgrounds and the overall lease signing and move in process. Her background as both an attorney and landlord is very valuable for anyone starting out as a landlord and I highly recommend her services. We feel confident in the landlord process and more importantly safe that our rental home is protected going forward.
