Biography
Jason M. Casebolt is the founder and principal attorney at The Casebolt Law Firm, PLLC. He emphasizes his practice to represent individuals and organizations who are growing their businesses, entering agreements, or are in a dispute involving a contract. As a business owner himself, Jason identifies with the issues facing the clients that he advises.
Jason is a graduate of the Ohio State University, where he studied Business Finance and Political Science. He later graduated with Magna Cum Laude and Dean’s List Honors from the Seattle University School of Law, where he studied Litigation and completed a Business Law Focus Area. In addition to his law studies, Jason completed clinical internships in the fields of Business Development & Entrepreneurship, Predatory Lending, and International Human Rights. In addition to being recognized for top-student performance in those subject areas, he also received academic accommodation in the fields of Business Dispute Resolution, Corporate Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property Audit.
In addition to practicing law, Jason manages and negotiates a portfolio of high value international contracts for a major Puget Sound corporation. He also volunteers his time to work with microfinance-backed entrepreneurs, who are business owners with limited resources and unlimited potential.
