He was following up with me on a closed case involving a rear-end collision when in the course of the conversation, I had informed him of this most recent mishap (another rear-ender). Having been... aware that there are some care providers who work hand in glove with insurance companies, I was unaware that similar symbiotic relationships exist with auto repair shops as well. I promptly followed his advice, pulled my vehicle from the shop it was in before any work had been done, and had it placed in the hands of people who restored it to manufacturer’s specifications. By the time the dust had settled on this claim, he had not only taken care of my car, but had helped me replace my so-called care provider after they became verbally and psychologically abusive. It seems my recovery was not proceeding either as quickly or as completely as they in their discussion with the insurance company concluded it should have. Anyone can do better with a competent attorney, but few can conclude that they have received the maximum health benefit unless they come into contact with an advocate.
