Excellent Communication and Follow-Through

I was involved in an accident back in Sept. 2013 that damaged my car and left my neck and left side in pain. My insurance company and the offending party were not willing to listen. I met with Paul. He was very clear and transparent with the expectations of the trial. Paul did a great job keeping the... lines of communication open and followed through on everything beginning, middle, and end. He was very methodical in challenging the other side's insurance company on the disputed loss on my car. He went beyond and above what other attorneys were were willing to do. I highly recommend Paul if you're even in need after an accident.

Life-changing care -- for the better!

I was in a bicycle accident in October of 2013 involving two cars; I was thrown from my bike and struck a moving vehicle, breaking my left hip and bruising my ribs. This was just a week after a close friend of mine was in a serious car wreck on the freeway. My friend recommended Paul to me, as she ...was receiving excellent care from him. I met Paul shortly after I was let out of the hospital, and by the end of that first meeting I knew I was in the best hands I could be. Paul assured me that his goal and purpose was to focus on getting me back to health, first and foremost. Before proceeding with any legal matters he recommended me to Kinetic Sports Rehab in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. He told me that their care would be what I needed, as I had just registered to run my first Boston Marathon the following year in April of 2014. My primary concern at this point was healing my injuries, and my second concern was getting back into shape to run the race. Paul shared my concerns and guaranteed that Kinetic Sports would take care of me. Again and again he stressed that he hoped to help me get back into "as good," if not better, condition than before. All other legal matters and settlement concerns, he said, came behind that. For him it was much better to have his clients recover fully and completely, than to push getting a high settlement but still be in pain or functioning at a lower level than prior to their accident. This consistence reassurance really put me at ease, since I was hoping to recover enough to return to marathon running! Through our entire case, Paul Veillon has been nothing but stellar. I never doubted his sincerity, as he was true to his promise to the end and fulfilled it faithfully and effectively. He has been nothing short of extraordinary: helpful, informative, communicative, open, supportive, honest, and quick. He has worked hard at this case, and has never once failed to get back to me quickly, and has never failed to answer questions in all the detail that's needed. As this accident was the first time I became involved in any legal issue, I had many questions about potential litigation and having my case go to trial. I didn't know what any of this would entail, but Paul answered all of my questions with forthrightness and great clarity and put my doubts at rest. I am incredibly impressed with Paul. I wouldn't say I'm grateful for my accident, but to be completely honest the care and the rehab services I received because of Paul have put me in a stronger, more confident place than I've ever been in my life. I am glad to know that there are people like Paul who care for clients so personally. As Paul reiterated over and over again, his focus on putting me back together physically is something that I will be forever grateful for. Without his assurance and his suggestions (such as Kinetic Sports Rehab), I have no idea where I'd be--but I doubt I would have even made it to Boston last year, let alone run a personal best! Thanks to Paul, I am now preparing to return to Boston again this year! I don't want to sound cliche or overly sentimental, but with every mile I run, I can thank Paul and the excellent care he provided me. All I can say is, you have turned me around and put me back on my feet -- faster than I ever thought!

My first legal experience

Paul was very good at answering my questions and helping me understand the both the process of retaining counsel but also the processes of being deposed and medically examined. He was with me each step of the way and was sure to lay down a very good explanation of the current status of my case. ... My work schedule is rather unpredictable and Paul expertly navigated setting dates around my national and international travels over the course of my case. Additionally, when my settlement came and the amount was lower than Paul felt was fair to me in my injury, he reevaluated his fees to leave me with a sum he felt was fair. Paul is a smart lawyer who seemed to know his profession and the process exceptionally well. I would recommend Paul to anyone I know who may be in need of legal counsel after a personal injury.

Worth the Effort

Mr. Paul Veillon came highly recommended to me from the chiropractor I was treating with after my car accident in 2011. I had no previous experience dealing with attorneys in such circumstances. The insurance company offered to settle my claim after my treatment ended and I felt that my pain and suff...ering was highly understated. I met with Paul to consult about the process and possibilities. Paul was very honest and straight forward from the get-go. He explained how the process works, what my obligations would be and what the possible outcomes could be. I felt I was in good hands all along. Paul was very easy to work with. Each time he put extra effort to prepare me for the next necessary step and to help me reflect on the circumstances surrounding my accident. The most significant aspect of this experience was to tell my story, how the accident impacted my life, above and beyond the documented injuries. It took some time to settle the whole case, but at the end, I was very happy with the outcome. It was definitely worth the time, effort and the wait. I had full trust in Paul’s capabilities, guidance and wholehearted interest in representing my case. I would highly recommend Paul’s services to anyone facing such a situation. No claim may be too small, take the 30 minutes out of your life and consult with an attorney. They will tell you if it’s worth pursuing or not. I am sure glad I did. Thank you Paul for your kindness, effort and persistence!

"Paul is a excellent attorney in every respect. Like most lawyers, he understands the legal system and the relevant law in the areas that he specializes in. Unlike most attorneys, Paul will focus on what your case means to you rather than what it means to him or his firm. This means that he'll provide 100% honest and straightforward information and advice to you. It also means he will fight for you just as aggressively as you would fight for yourself."
