Nice work!

Boris helped us with real estate issues. He did everything for me to win, and not only win, but we got compensation too, which I didn't expect at all.

Won an impossible case

Boris represented me in a default judgement case that was enteres against me 7 years ago by state farm insurance. They were wanting me to pay about 100,000$. Not only did he do a thorough job and researched ever legal avenue of this case but he got the whole thing dismissed on the grounds of fairness... and justice. Last but not least he only charged me what he said he was going to charge me. Very honest and so good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding Legal Counsel!

We hired a painting contractor I met at the Seattle Flower and Garden Show in 2016. We _thought_ that there was some curation of vendors being at the show. As it happens, that curation is limited to whether or not their 'entry' fees are paid. i.e. _zero_ The guy performs and estimate, which is ...mostly sane so we agree. And that's when the troubles begin. Wanted a nice rustic cherry staining as the original. His first-pass resulted in pumpkin orange. So they had to strip it all off. The 2nd/final attempt is a "meh" brown. Various issues from stripping the powder coating off of a some portion of my metal roof and my heat pump, to tremendous over-spray, including one vehicle, to lacing siding wood during pressure washing, to clogging gutter guards, to wrecking every window/window casing/frame and a few windows/french/garage doors. His insurance company told me to "just call around get some over-the-phone ballpark estimates. Nothing formal required." My first pass was a bit over $12K. The insurance 'offer' was ~$1600. I refused, argued, and was denied. I sought out legal counsel. I met Boris when he was working at another firm, prior to him doing his own thing. Of course, I transferred to/with him when he departed that firm. Ultimately, after going through all of the damages again, we noted the windows were afflicted w/overspray as well as the frames/casings/sills. We had a few professionals come out and indicate that cleaning would not be possible w/out ruining the windows/vinyl frames. Dealing w/the insurance company was taxing. Boris would submit evidence/counters we'd hear nothing, then he'd call and get to someone that knew they were arguably crossing the legal line of acting in bad faith and someone would call/email right back with an answer/offer. In the end, their dawdling ended up costing them ~$40K. The windows/doors was the additional $25K due to replacement costs. Win or lose, Boris was very, _VERY_, patient w/me. I tend towards ranting when something is obviously unfair. He was very understanding and addressed my 'questions/assertions' from a legal point of view. I really appreciated his tolerance, advice, and counsel. In short, I definitely recommend retaining him. His rates are fair, he's good, and _honorable_/_ethical_! I am planning on retaining him again to resolve an issue w/Comcast incorrectly placing a collections notice on my credit due to ID theft.

Smart and Conscientious

I had Boris as my attorney on two different cases. Boris goes deep and wide into a case, and once he absorbs the details, can zoom in into the details and zoom out to come up with a great strategy from a bird's eye view. He can change the strategy depending on the client's wishes. Both cases were res...olved to my satisfaction. It is not enough to be smart to win: a lawyer has to be willing to spend the time and energy on the case. Once Boris gets interested in a case, there's no stopping him. He also diligently updates the client as to what's going on.

Hard working attorney

Boris worked on a contract dispute case for me. He was very responsive to my communication, thorough with his analysis, and diligent. He takes client's suggestions seriously and strives to work in accordance to them as much as possible.
