Prompt, Respectful, and Kind!

I am so grateful a friend referred me to Boris. He listened to my concerns about my medical debt and confirmed that I was being treated unfairly by the debt collector handling my claim. I knew I needed to advocate for myself, but didn't know where to start. Boris was a calming presence for me, alw...ays guiding me on what to say and how to respond to the threatening calls I received. He then negotiated new terms with the debt collector and we won our case against them! I felt so relieved when I got the call that the case was closed and I no longer owed anything. I appreciate how kind he was throughout the process and never felt pushed to do anything that didn't feel right to me. He was upfront about everything, including his fees, and I felt 100% confident in his hands. I cannot recommend him enough!

Consumer Protection Attorney

If you're looking for a solid consumer protection attorney, I confidently recommend Boris Davidovskiy. Let me tell you how I found him and my experience. I was served a wage garnishment by the bohemoth law firm of Suttell & Hammer on behalf of their client Miidland Funding. Not knowing any law fi...rms skilled in this area of litigation, I found Boris Davidovskiy. Vetting his qualifications, I was impressed by the strong experience he had and his participation in several legal associations. I hired him and he saw my case through to the end and won. And he kept me informed every step of the way. If you are getting garnished, this is the guy to talk to.

Boris was EXACTLY the help I needed dealing with an unscrupulous RV consignment dealer!

Contacting an attorney to help you enforce your rights is the last thing anyone wants to do. Unfortunately, sometimes that's the only recourse you have. Boris came highly recommended by several on-line reviews, and now I'm writing one of those reviews. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! To make my... long story short, I was having serious trouble with an RV dealership I contracted with to sell my RV. The dealer sold my RV and collected the purchase money from the buyer. The dealer then presented me with a Bill for over $4800.00 in unauthorized work they claimed to have performed on my RV prior to its sale. The dealership owner refused to release the money the buyer paid for my RV until I: 1) Provided him with the title to the RV (I had a lien at a Credit Union which the purchase price was enough to pay off), AND; 2) Pay the $4800.00 invoice he claimed I was legally required to pay for "safety related" work! This dealership was breaking multiple laws, including the Consumer Protection Act. I never authorized the work that was done, and was never told about any "safety" issues with my RV prior to the sale. Furthermore, the dealer was required by law to forward the purchase price of the RV to me (or my lien holder) within 10 days of the buyer taking delivery of the RV. It was illegal for him to hold the buyer's money as leverage over the disputed bill. Of course, the dealership owner wasn't going to acknowledge those facts when I presented them to him, and in fact continued to try to strong-arm me and delay forwarding the payment to my Credit Union. Finally, I had to consult an attorney, and thank God for Boris! Boris met with me and listened to my story. I gave him copies of all my email exchanges and the consignment contract I signed with the dealership. He agreed that things didn't seem right, and we decided together that I would retain him to write a letter to the dealership owner stating my position and the violations of state law the dealer was committing, and handle all further contact with the dealer. It was only after Boris' letter, and realizing that I wasn't going to "roll over" and was willing to file a lawsuit over the issue, that the dealership finally turned the money over and withdrew their demand for payment for the supposed work they claim to have done. Ironically, that dealership closed down a month later. Boris is professional, direct, and to the point. He laid out my options and the possible outcomes of litigation and the costs involved. His follow-up was great and he was quick to respond to emails with answers to my questions. I'm very happy with the service he provided me at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone who feels their rights are being violated and need an advocate in their corner. I will no doubt use him again if I am ever unfortunate enough to need legal help with a consumer issue. Thank you Boris!
